Wattsie’s Fire Roasted Salsa begins in our organic home garden in the stunning Catskill Mountains in New York, where my wife and I grow all the ingredients (except for the spices and vinegar).*
The salsa is carefully canned and is shelf-stable, however, please refrigerate after opening.

Ingredients: Roma tomatoes, poblano and jalapeño peppers, onion, garlic, cilantro, oregano, cumin, salt, sugar, apple cider vinegar … that’s it!
*Due to a poor 2025 harvest, the tomatoes, onions, and cilantro were purchased from a local Catskills area farm.
